Duties

- Operate Computers to maintain records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage stock levels by organizing inventory, ensuring that products are readily available for customer needs.
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel is essential for tracking data and generating reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tractor diagnostics is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices is highly desirable.
