As a Service Technician at Wylie & Son, Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of our agricultural and construction equipment. This role is vital to our mission of providing top-notch service and support to our customers across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural and construction equipment.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Provide field service support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
- Assist in training customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the agriculture or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and air conditioning repair.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively.
- Basic understanding of property maintenance is a plus but not required.
