POSITION SUMMARY :
This role is a part time member of Wyman's Camp Services team and will have split duties including food services and facilities housekeeping. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking quality nutritious meals for school camp groups, hospitality groups, development / fundraising events, summer camp groups, and staff as needed. Additionally, this role supports basic and routine deep cleaning of facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for visitors, youth and team members.
Essential Functions
- Safely prepare and cook food in a timely manner and in quantities according to menu and number of persons served as directed by the Assistant Manager, Food Services.
- Record in a timely manner all items, as appropriate, on food service inventory and waste logs
- Accept, check-in, record and put away kitchen deliveries.
- Follow existing systems and schedules to comply with St. Louis County Health Department, COA, and OSHA regulations and standards for safe food handling, cleanliness, and safety.
- Maintaining and general sanitation of Eureka facilities : including restrooms, floors, beds, mirrors, walls, closets, dusting, mopping, emptying trash cans, cleaning shower curtains, adjusting shades, and reporting need for general repairs, restocking supplies, removing graffiti, cleaning lockers / dressers.
- Maintain flexible work hours, which include evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.

3 months-1 year of food service or housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Wyman will cover the cost of ServSafe training after hire.
