As a On-site Inside Sales / Office Admin. Representative, you will be helping grow sales by developing repeat business and building great relationships with existing accounts.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customers
- Follow up, negotiate terms, and close transactions on deals
- Complete reports regarding leads, quotes, expedites, and other related matters
- Monitor customer orders, emails, phone calls, and special requests
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong prioritization, planning, and time-management skills
- Strong desire to succeed and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Computer skills and knowledge, including Excel
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service/Inside Sales Experience
- A background in Mechanical Engineering / Assembly is preferred
Pay: $40,000-$46,000
Job Type: Full-time
