Location : Carlsbad, CA (in office)
Hours : Full-time
Salary : $60-$70k base salary commission (based on experience)
The Custom Sales and Account Manager will play a key role in managing relationships with our custom apparel clients, from initial contact through to post-sales support. You will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing the customization process, and ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Relationship Management :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with teams, clubs, and organizations in the triathlon, cycling, and endurance sports markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide tailored solutions and product recommendations based on client needs.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling custom apparel and services.
- Project Management and Order Fulfillment :
- Oversee the end-to-end customization process, including design, production, and delivery.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements, help with designs, and manage timelines to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Coordinate between the design team and production to ensure all custom orders meet quality and branding standards.
- Customer Service and Support :
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot any production issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience.
- Offer guidance and assistance to clients throughout the ordering process, ensuring their needs are met.
- Reporting and Administration :
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and order status in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to the leadership team.
- Track sales targets and help implement strategies to meet and exceed goals.
