As Lead Marketing Agent for the virtual team, you will be contacting our current owners and coordinating phone appointments for them to speak with our Sales Representatives—no cold calling! You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership by mentoring new team members, providing training, and assisting the supervisor in developing the team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client focus
- Ability to overcome objections
- Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
- A positive, outgoing, enthusiastic attitude is a must
- Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated, and have the desire to be the Best and work for the Best!
- Experience in mentoring and training new team members
- Ability to assist the supervisor in developing and improving team performance
