Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys with guests to understand their experience and present our Discovery program.
- Answer guest questions accurately and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Prepare worksheets with required information and deliver them to our Contracts office for processing.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work independently and make effective sales presentations.
- Meet or exceed minimum performance standards 1350 APG and not be on any level of formal corrective action.
