The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, US Co-Brand, this candidate will be part of our dynamic Financial Partnerships team, charged with growing ancillary revenue through optimization of the credit card program. This candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to refresh the credit card value proposition in 2025, support implementation of new features and benefits, and establish go-forward operational processes to ensure program excellence.
What you'll do
- Manage the Wyndham Rewards/Barclays credit card refresh:
- Work collaboratively across internal and Barclays teams to develop the value proposition/refresh strategy
- Lead project management of workstreams, timelines, risks, etc. related to the Barclays value proposition refresh, which is critical to the success of the program and achievement of revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal Wyndham teams to determine feasibility and impact of value prop changes, including partnering with FP&A on financial modeling
- Lead tech implementation of new benefits through collaboration with Wyndham and Barclays tech teams
- Manage Wyndham internal audit requirements (includes monthly compensation validation, SOC reporting, etc.)
- Lead US-co brand credit card analytics and reporting
- Optimize credit card reporting package leveraging any applicable tools and systems. Support long-term monthly reporting requirements in partnership with FP&A
- Lead process improvements for US co-brand products
- Establish and manage a go-forward process for how Barclays can identify Wyndham transactions through obtaining merchant category code information from hotels
- Support overall management of the cobrand relationships with Barclays, T&L and Visa, including tracking relevant partnership targets/SLAs
- Support credit card marketing initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5 years in project management
