Front Desk Representative (Franchise)

The franchised La Quinta by Wyndham location in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Front Desk Representative (Franchise) to join its team at the La Quinta by Wyndham Montgomery.

• The Role
• The overall purpose of this job is to provide courteous and punctual service to the guest to fulfill their needs to the best of our abilities
• What you'll do
• Including basic operations such as check in and check out. Stocking the small shop and coffee stations. General being professional under most any situations.
• You'll be successful if you have
• Basic Computational. Interpersonal skills. Willingness to help the guests.
• Required Qualifications / Experience
• Preferred (but not required) 1 year hotel experience. Required 6 months customer service experience. High school education preferred.
