Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk/Audit to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, proper phone etiquette and professional appearance. Must be flexible with schedule and available on weekends.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel software.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Assist in promoting hotel services and upselling additional offerings to enhance guest experiences.
- Perform audit duties by closing out the day and balancing financial transactions
