This is full-time position Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication among management, staff and residents.
- Execute the daily office and general administrative functions for our Lease and Sales applications office.
- Handling all leases and additional occupant applications, processing tasks as necessary.
- Answer the office phone and manage in person contact.
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, and confidential records.
- Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails.
Skills:
- Must be very organized, possess very strong computer skills and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and privacy.
- Must be a strong and effective communicator with high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be friendly, energetic, punctual, self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member with a helpful attitude.
- Excellent ability to multi-task, time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Efficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of clerical experience.
Candidate will need to complete a background check and pre-employment drug test.
