What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flight Attendant position at Wynn Careers?
Wynn Resorts Cabin Attendants are an Ambassador for the Company and are responsible for providing 5-Star caliber aviation-related services to the Wynn Resorts Executive Team and Wynn Resorts Guests at the request of the CEO and/or Marketing Teams. Specifically, Cabin Attendants are responsible for passenger safety as well as pre-flight (catering, aircraft preparation, etc.), inflight (food & beverage service) & post-flight duties (aircraft cleaning, stocking, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an unwavering dedication to safety and service in a dynamic environment
- Be attentive to varying guest and crew requirements
- Provide excellent customer and food service to all passengers and crew members
- Respect and protect privacy and confidentiality of all aviation guests
- Must be physically capable and mentally prepared for emergency situations
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid US Passport
- High School diploma
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to the local Las Vegas area (this is not a remote position and commuting is not feasible)
- At least 3 years of experience as a flight attendant or equivalent experience working in a luxury resort/VIP setting
- Superior interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
- Impeccable appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability to adapt to aviation flight schedule
- Ability to travel freely domestically and internationally
