Job Overview

Are you a reliable, flexible individual with a great attitude and a willingness to learn? We are seeking a Fulfillment Driver Associate whose primary responsibility will be transporting our products between various locations. This crucial role ensures that our finished goods and raw materials move efficiently between our off-site storage, production facilities, and retail locations. When driving duties are fulfilled, you'll support our fulfillment team with additional tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

*Transport finished goods and raw materials between our off-site storage, production facilities, and three retail locations using a company cargo van (larger than a standard van but no CDL required). *Ensure timely and safe delivery of products throughout the week. *Start early morning shifts (as early as 6 AM) when required. *Maintain the vehicle in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

Physical Tasks:

*Load and unload products, handling cases weighing up to 30 lbs. *Work with pallets (building pallets, wrapping pallets, un-loading pallets) and operate an electric pallet stacker (training provided). *Ensure proper securing of loads for safe transportation.

Fulfillment Support:

*Assist with internal transfers and restocking of products. *When not driving, help pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders. *Support general warehouse duties under the fulfillment department's umbrella.

Qualifications

*Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record and comfortable driving a larger cargo van (no CDL required). *Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. *Willingness to Learn: No prior experience with pallet equipment required; we will provide training. *Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to meet early start times. *Positive Attitude: Strong work ethic with a team-player mentality. *Flexibility: Adaptable to the needs of a growing business and willing to take on varied tasks when not driving.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
