Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design : Develop and oversee the architecture of complex AEM-based digital solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage actively with project managers, business analysts, and product teams to transform client requirements into robust, scalable technical designs that align with their strategic objectives.
Creative Integration : Work in partnership with creative and content teams to craft engaging, high-performance digital experiences, adhering to AEM standards to optimize functionality and design.
Innovation and Advancements : Continuously track developments within Adobe Experience Cloud, especially AEM, to spot and incorporate new features or upgrades that add value to client solutions.
Strategic Guidance : Act as a trusted consultant to clients, providing thought leadership and aligning technical strategies to support their broader business goals.
Enterprise Consulting : Offer expert guidance on enterprise architecture and digital marketing technologies, ensuring seamless Adobe solution integration within broader marketing ecosystems.
Knowledge Development and Sharing : Promote best practices across the organization, nurturing a network of Adobe expertise to reinforce team knowledge and performance.
Technical Assistance and Coding Support : Contribute hands-on coding when needed, assisting developers with complex problem-solving and creating proofs of concept.
Project Estimation and Planning : Accurately estimate project tasks, from high-level scoping to granular technical details, to support project scoping and planning.
Technical Leadership and Problem Resolution : Provide continuous technical guidance, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Business Development Support : Collaborate with business development teams as a technical advisor, helping shape and present project proposals and client pitches.
Qualifications
Consulting and Agency Experience : Extensive experience in consulting or agency roles, working closely with diverse teams, including UX, design, and content, to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Advanced AEM Expertise : At least 4 years of experience in architecting and deploying large-scale AEM solutions, with hands-on experience in AEM Cloud Service; relevant AEM certifications are preferred.
System Integration Expertise : Skilled in connecting AEM with enterprise systems like commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, and DAM, leveraging cloud integrations for efficiency and seamless operations.
Front-End Frameworks Knowledge : Proficient in modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, with experience using AEM as a headless CMS to enhance client digital experiences.
Quality Assurance and Testing Skills : Strong understanding of unit and performance testing methodologies, with hands-on experience in testing tools to ensure solution reliability.
Agile Development Expertise : In-depth knowledge of agile practices, fostering efficient, iterative workflows across multi-disciplinary teams.
Global Team Collaboration : Skilled at working with teams across regions, creating effective channels for cross-cultural communication and teamwork.
Sales and Client Engagement : Confident in contributing to presales activities, defining, and presenting technical solutions that meet prospective clients' needs.
DevOps Knowledge : Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including :
Adobe Cloud Manager
Version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Test automation tools
Additional Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with edge delivery solutions
Experience with Adobe I / O Runtime and AppBuilder
