Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are in the office Monday thru Thursday from 6am to 4 pm
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring messages are relayed accurately.
- Manage scheduling appointments for patients.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records in our systems.
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic clerical tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
