Executive Director- President

Looking for our next great Executive Director- Wyoming Capital Access.

We are a well-established non-profit organization specializing in economic development through small business lending. Our focus is on facilitating real estate and equipment loans using SBA programs, including the SBA 504 and Community Advantage loans.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to spearhead our organization's growth and success. This pivotal role involves overseeing our Certified Development Company's operations and staff while driving strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize operational processes for SBA loan programs, particularly the SBA 504
• Lead statewide business development through marketing, networking, and program promotion
• Expand and diversify revenue streams, loan offerings, and strategic partnerships
• Liaise with the Board of Directors, ensuring transparent communication
• Orchestrate organizational planning, staff development, and board meetings
• Manage credit request presentations to the Credit Committee
• Collaborate with the Board on strategic growth planning
• Ensure compliance with organizational, SBA, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and auditing
• Participate in loan application processing and closing as part of the lending team
• Manage organizational facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in commercial lending, business banking, or related fields
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record in business development and organizational management
• SBA lending experience is a plus

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
