Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations within Wyoming Child and Family Development. This role provides administrative leadership and support for all human resource functions as needed, including record-keeping, tracking, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and communicating with staff regarding HR questions and policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises and evaluates assigned staff members, including designating work assignments, providing quality control, and directing workflow. Responsible for Reflective Supervision with staff of up to five team members.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- Required Associate degree in human resources or related field.
- Prefer Baccalaureate degree
- Anyone offered the position without a Baccalaureate degree must agree to an education plan to work toward one.
- Required related experience in office setting.
SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR or SPHR credential preferred, must have ability to obtain certification upon request
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
