Wyoming Valley Behavioral Health is currently seeking to fill the position of a full time Medical Records Clerk. The Clerk is responsible for maintaining the medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as professional standards of practice and facility policies and procedures to ensure complete, timely and accurate records. Responsible for managing all aspects of the medical patient record from admission to discharge. One to two years of previous experience in medical records and office experience preferred.
