WyoTech is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for administering Salesforce and supporting related platforms, ensuring optimal functionality, and driving system improvements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to provide technical expertise and training across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer Salesforce and support all Salesforce related platforms for electronic documents, forms, SMS, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate training of users and grow the skill set across the organization
- Conduct onboarding duties for new staff (territory updates, lead assignments, high school assignments, SMS setup, DocuSign setup, etc.)
- Creation and management of DocuSign templates and required action buttons, automations, etc.; escalating and managing support issues with DocuSign
- Support and troubleshoot all functional areas of Salesforce including escalation of issues to Anthology and WyoTech support services
- Support and troubleshooting of SMS applications including setting up and inactivating gateways, creating templates, escalating and managing support issues with provider, and overall optimization of the application
- Work closely with stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs

- Experienced in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly
- Willingness and passion for learning new technologies
Minimum Requirement (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying):
- Two years of related work experience or a combination of education and/or work experience equal to four years
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment)
