Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Provide high-quality work standards.
- Conduct residential painting and other general repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- A background in residential painting is preferred.
