General Qualifications
Provides technical support regarding Joint Capabilities Integration Division (JCID) in support of capabilities analysis, requirements generation, and budgeting. Evaluate and organize customer needs, requirements, and specifications. Documents customer requirements consistent with approved formats and processes.
Specific Duties: Provides technical support to research, analyze, provide advice, and develop deliverables in support of the JCID's development of Marine Corps/Joint capabilities documents and support of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution PPBE process.
- Ensures the successful execution of equities within the Marine Corps and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS);
- Performs a variety of complex analytical tasks associated with JCIDS Documentation on Marine Corps Systems;
- Conduct analysis of existing capabilities to define capability gaps, capability needs, and approaches for materiel and non-materiel solutions.
- Supports the Branch Head and CIOs with document preparation, e.g., Information Papers, White Papers, and Congressional inquiries;
- Provide technical analysis of proposed systems and review/develop operating concepts/ doctrine and documents for JCID capabilities;
- Works with stakeholders to solve capability requirements problems by supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT);
- Responds to taskers and tracks document routing and related actions;
- Provide research and analysis of TOECRs in support of portfolio management.
- Coordinate meetings and track subsequent action items.
