This role will support the procurement and operations phase of the Plant, and is needed to evaluate, procure, and implement all software needed to perform procurement activities. They will also provide strategic leadership and direction on supply chain programs, processes, and procedures, as well as provide objective oversight of supply chain to ensure readiness for plant construction, operation, and maintenance.Job Profile Tasks / ResponsibilitiesManage the Procurement and Operations Implementation for the Plant, ensuring project timelines are met.Manage Supply Chain staff by ensuring staff are meeting expectations and promoting staff professional development.Develop and implement procurement processes and procedures to support business needs for successful daily operations.Manage the execution of daily processes and procedures to ensure compliance to nuclear procurement regulations.Manage software systems for successful integration with business operations.Provide direction to contract administrators, procurement and sourcing specialists and other supply personnel, as appropriate, within and across spend categories.Develop and implement a supplier relationship building strategy.Develop and maintain supply chains.
