Responsibilities
Coordinate Across Multiple Disciplines : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups to synchronize Acquisition and Logistics Support efforts.
Develop & Monitor Product Support Strategies : Review and integrate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) from both the program office and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to align with user requirements and long-term support objectives.
Leverage Analytical Tools : Utilize approved analytical tools—such as Analysis of Alternatives (AOA), Supportability Analysis (SA), Reliability Growth Analysis, Core Logistics Analysis / Core Depot Assessment, and Business Case Analysis—to guide product support strategies and flow down requirements to all IPT members.
Apply Critical & Strategic Thinking : Assess key decisions, identify potential challenges, and propose courses of action (COAs) to ensure program objectives are met and risks are mitigated.
Lead & Facilitate : Serve as a Lead for an IPT or working group to drive initiatives supporting Integrated Fires Programs, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
Qualifications
Citizenship & Security Clearance : U.S. citizenship required; must hold an active and transferable DoD security clearance with a current investigation at the required level and be able to maintain that clearance.
Education & Experience :
Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree with 18 years of relevant experience.
Professional Expertise : Minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management within a government office setting.
Teamwork & Communication : Demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team, with strong communication skills and technical writing capabilities.
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Travel : Up to 10% travel may be required.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with advanced missile and space systems such as IBCS, LTAMDS, Sentinel, IFPC, and / or PATRIOT.
