WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS :
As our full-time PGA Operations Manager - Assistant GM, you will oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations, ensuring smooth food and beverage service, managing inventory, and leading staff training to maintain high standards of productivity and customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining our golf simulators, ensuring an exceptional entertainment experience for guests. Additionally, you'll manage and facilitate X-Leagues, ensuring smooth operations, creating engaging schedules, and promoting friendly competition. You'll provide high-quality golf lessons for all skill levels, run engaging kids' golf camps, and develop personalized lesson plans to foster a love for the game. You will also implement customer life-cycle funnels, using data to enhance retention and satisfaction while offering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
What we need from you :
Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus!
