Our Kitchen Staff Team Member's primary duty will be to ensure all guests a have great dining experience throughout their visit including but not limited to:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Requirements for position include:
- Previous restaurant or food preparation experience preferred but not required.
- Thorough ability to follow details in a fast-paced, energetic, family friendly environment.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures preferred.
- Ability to learn and proficiently read POS systems appropriately.
- Adherence to proper food and beverage handling safety standards is essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team with servers and bartenders.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt .
- Basic knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.
