X-Golf Downers Grove is the pioneer of indoor golf, offering highly accurate indoor golf simulators for players to enjoy top courses, diverse game formats, and advanced swing analytics. Located in Downers Grove, IL, X-Golf provides a unique and entertaining golfing experience for all skill levels.

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at X-Golf Downers Grove. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle facility maintenance, and drive business growth through marketing and promotion initiatives.

• Experience in operations management, staff supervision, and customer service
• Knowledge of golf industry trends and passion for the game
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Marketing, promotions, and sales experience
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
