Job Description:
The X-Golf Assistant Operations Manager role revolves around overseeing all aspects of the hospitality business. You guide your staff through food and beverage procedures, preparation, service, and cleanup ensuring smooth opening and closing routines. This includes meticulous inventory control as a key part of your responsibilities. You actively lead the staff infusing creativity in executing sales funnels that generate store growth through in-store promotions, and digital media channels. This includes programs like national tournaments, leagues, ladies' nights, and hosted events. This assistant management role establishes branding standards through regular staff training and well-defined processes to enhance productivity and customer service. You manage all food and beverage preparation to high hospitality standards. You also play a crucial part in maintaining golf simulators to deliver a great customer entertainment experience. Leading other managers, you monitor staff competence, actively participate in all store operations as needed, and diligently follow through on ownership team directives.
Qualifications:
- 1 year plus of management experience.
- Sales and Marketing experience.
- Food and Beverage management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility.
- Basic knowledge of golf helpful but not required.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule, ability to work nights and weekends.
- Management experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- Possess basic math skills and can handle money and operate a point of sales system.
