DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- 21 years of age
- PGA Professional certified
- Manager's Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) certification
- 1 year of experience as a Level 1 PGA Professional instructor (minimum of an associate professional pipeline)
- 1 year of indoor golf simulator experience
- Experience in golf instruction, league management, and customer service
- Sales and marketing experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport
Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus for this PGA Golf Professional - Assistant General Manager role!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As our PGA Golf Professional - Assistant General Manager, you'll wear many hats to ensure our venue operates seamlessly and keeps our customers coming back for more. In this role, you'll:
- Lead the Team: Oversee hospitality operations, ensuring food and beverage procedures are flawless from preparation to cleanup. Train and guide staff, enforce branding standards, and set the tone for exceptional customer service.
