A Lead Customer Service Representative is needed at X-Ray Associates of New Mexico to provide guidance to Customer Service Representative Personnel to ensure patient scheduling, reception, billing and information services are correct. Create weekly work schedules for department. Create weekly lunch schedules for department. Perform back-up duties for Manager when absent
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Skills/ Requirements
- Must have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have five years experience in medical office position with increasing responsibilities, preferably within a call center.
- Two years of lead/supervisory experience preferred; 6 months of lead/supervisory experience required.
- Must have the ability to use MS Windows Operating System.
- Must be certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
