The General Manager position will have the commercial lead of X-Rite’s Business in North America including Sales, Marketing Operations, Application-Support, Services, and Order Entry functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented self-starter who is looking to go beyond simply reporting numbers and share in the ownership of business results by using critical thinking to engage with and influence senior leaders.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $225,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. In your role at X-Rite Pantone, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performance commercial organization, accountable for delivering revenue and profitability targets and fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
- Drive X-Rite’s leadership in sales and marketing by reinforcing its position as the market and marketing leader in color standards, engaging with industry bodies, and ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
- Champion the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) by strengthening daily management, funnel management, and standard work practices to improve forecasting accuracy, sales productivity, and sustainable growth.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the region, partnering with Finance to set, monitor, and adjust financial goals throughout the fiscal year.
- Shape and execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategies in collaboration with the Management Team to reinforce X-Rite’s global leadership and relevance in the North American market.
- Embed a strong people strategy by driving performance management, development and succession planning, and maintaining a motivating, ethical, and compliant work environment aligned with X-Rite and Veralto values.
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) efforts to ensure solutions meet evolving regional market needs and deepen relationships with key customers, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience with a strong track record in a comparable leadership role).
- Proven success in driving profitable sales and marketing growth within a marketing-led technology company, with 5–10 years of senior management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading multifunctional teams and managing P&L responsibilities in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong cross-cultural and international business experience, with the ability to lead both local and remote teams across diverse geographies.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of fostering high engagement and collaboration.
- Highly customer-oriented and solutions-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Skilled in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a dynamic, innovative, and results-focused approach.
