Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for caregivers.
- Support the onboarding and training of new caregivers.
- Ensure caregivers maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Accurately record caregiver employee information in the computer system, including timesheets and payroll data.
- Supervise caregivers and conduct performance evaluations.
- Understand and comply with state and federal labor laws relevant to home care agencies.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is essential.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and homecare software applications.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated empathy towards individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and their families.
- Must be bilingual in English and Korean.
- Computer literate and proficient in relevant software.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in an administrative role.
