Job Summary
- Partners with the Manager, People Strategy and Operations and Senior People Partners to coach, train and advise managers and employees on Human Resources issues, policies, and procedures. Builds relationships with managers, supporting them with leading their teams and identifying opportunities for growth. Promotes exceptional employee performance, creates an environment of trust and teamwork, facilitates fairness and equal opportunity to develop employee potential through excellent human resources practices. Supports the HR needs of the management team, providing employee training, maintaining current employee records, attendance tracking, leave of absences, hourly employee evaluations and other related HR functions. Strives to provide a signature employee experience. Treats everyone like internal clients.
Knowledge | Experience | Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years Human Resources experience with concentration in Employee Relations preferred.
- PHR, SPHR certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Capable of performing job requirements with minimal supervision.
- Possesses a strong knowledge of employment law.
Duties
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Assist in organization design and development efforts
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Support data collection for HR metrics and reporting
- Provide guidance on FMLA and other leave programs
Skills
- Proficiency in iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms for HR purposes.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in strategic planning and human resources management
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
