Job Summary : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers in assigned accounts, including strategic customers. Essential Duties :
- Schedule and conduct visits with new and existing customers.
- Provide support by managing contracts, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer activity in CRM and participate in contract reviews.
- Promote service products at client events and maintain customer activity in CRM.
- Estimate and collaborate on Building Automation projects and service agreements.
- Build relationships internally and externally to drive customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing issues and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Develop strategic plans with customers to foster growth.
- Leverage market knowledge to proactively identify sales opportunities.
