Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of high-value healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet deadlines and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, including safety and quality regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on healthcare and hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility requirements
- Proven leadership skills to manage diverse teams and resolve project challenges.
- Proficiency in construction management software; certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous.
