The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining efficient office operations and facilitating communication across all construction process aspects. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate accurate and timely client communication regarding contract agreements, project timelines, and any updates or changes.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and effective communication among parties.
- Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and assisting with invoicing and financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and interactions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking for ongoing construction projects.
- Input project data into management software and generate regular reports for management review.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and maintain smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications
