We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to ensure efficient production scheduling that meets customer deadlines. The Production Planner will play a critical role in coordinating with Sales, Production, and Purchasing departments to optimize production schedules and manage raw material procurement to support manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams to develop comprehensive production schedules.
- Determine the sequence and timing of manufacturing operations to align with forecasted demand and customer commitments.
- Communicate with Customer Service to relay schedule changes.
- Expedite any operations that may impact production schedules.
- Prioritize and effectively communicate customer commitments to the Manufacturing Manager.
- Communicate with production personnel, purchasing department, and supervisors to address material status and production planning issues.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Prefer experience in electronics or manufacturing industries
- Self-motivated individual with integrity, confidence, and the ability to achieve goals independently.
- Strong initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
