Job Summary:
This role involves managing the weekly accounts receivable process, handling guest inquiries, and processing financial transactions. The position also includes supervising and training seasonal employees, preparing period-end reports, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring confidentiality. Additionally, the job requires attention to detail, professional conduct, and the ability to perform various additional duties as needed.
The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: Will be discussed during the interview process
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle guest inquiries, credit card processing, and account collections
- Supervise and train seasonal employees, performing their duties when necessary
- Process various financial transactions and reconcile billing statements
- Complete period-end reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate filing system and confidentiality in all work-related matters
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy, and professional conduct
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including research and problem-solving
- Accounting degree and/or related work experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Supervisory skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the last 3 years
- Motivational, organizational, and time management skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Reservations and Front Desk Lodging systems
Physical Requirements include:
- Works for the majority of time sitting at a desk
- Walking, standing and bending are required when documentation is to be put into or retrieved from filing cabinets
- Lifting and transporting up to 25 pounds is required for record storage
