We are currently seeking a Corporate Workforce Management Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and optimization of the workforce management system. This role ensures workforce data accuracy, supports adoption across corporate and field locations, and enforces compliance with workforce management best practices. Reporting to Corporate Operations, this position collaborates closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless operations and improved labor management system workflows.

Responsibilities

System Implementation:

  • Support the implementation of Dayforce WFM, along with HR, Accounting and IT partners to align with Xanterra labor policies and payroll requirements across various States.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management best practices, user functionality, policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the dedicated IT resource who is responsible for integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and IT-related system functionality.
  • Partner with Corporate Learning and Development to create training materials and a learning journey for system users.

System Management and Effectiveness:

  • Oversee and manage program adoption to ensure the field operation locations are properly using the tools available and following established standards.
  • Collaborate with corporate operations and field locations to better understand their staffing forecast and any implications or adjustments to scheduling.
  • Partner with Accounting, HRIS, IT, and Payroll stakeholders with ongoing system effectiveness and maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce metrics, including attendance, productivity, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and successes.
  • Prepare and present reporting data including overtime, punch variances and payroll metrics to the operations to make meaningful impacts to the workforce management program.

Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in Multi-State Payroll Processing
  • Proven experience in workforce management or a similar role.
  • Preferred experience in hospitality, retail, or high front-line worker industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and workforce management software.
  • Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 based on experience.
