Job Summary:
The position is responsible for performing high volume data entry, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, receiving and directing incoming telephone calls and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner performs various Human Resources duties, and provides administrative support to the HR management team.

Schedual: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 pm 1 hour Lunch break.
Wage: $41,704.00 yearly.

Responsibilities
- Fully understands and supports Xanterra Mission Statement Core Values and Culture Pillars.
- Greets internal and external guests (visitors) either in person or on the telephone and direct them to the proper staff member for answers to questions.
- Answers basic questions regarding available jobs, the Company and its services.
- Processes closed applications in iCIMS application tracking system. Assisting Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure all applicants have been dispositioned and coded within guidelines.
- Accurately nters employee information into the HRIS, andperform heavy data entry on a daily basis.
- Works with Talent Acquisition Manager to schedule appointments for pre-employment tasks while coordinating with the Security department.
- Process new employee electronic onboarding to include, initial and ongoing communication, sending and following up with all required new hire paperwork, Sterling background checks (manual & iCIMS integration), DOT drug tests, maintaining compliance with E-Verify requirements and ensures all onboarding documents are completed and accurate in a timely manner.
- Maintains the breakroom vending machine, ensures regular stocking, coordinates purchasing, issues refunds, and tracks budget.
- Upon approval from HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager processes HR Supplies orders and also tracks supply budget. Provide back-up support as needed (i.e., filing support, running and auditing applicable reports, etc.)
- Runs various reports at specified timelines (including RV Park Report).
- Prepares and tracks bonus referral reports & payouts ensuring employees receiving a referral bonus are paid in accordance with the timing of hire and pay period.
- Assists with employee related functions and events such as Employee Appreciation Dinner, Service Awards Banquet, Employee Picnic, Health Fairs & Vaccine Clinics and provides recommendations to committee regarding employee events, may represent the HR department as a committee member.
- Ensures employees are approved to reside at RV Park, complete proper documents and send out applicable notices and reports for closing pay period (i.e., RV Park current residents report to RV Park personnel, Accounting and HR.)
- Creates flyers, posters, etc. to promote company-related events as needed.
- Works with HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager to improve the current process to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of direct or previous experience in an administrative or office role.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Possess a valid/clear Arizona Driver’s License and be able to comply with the Xanterra/GCR Company Vehicle Policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge and experience with CloudSuite and iCIMS (Company’s HRIS, ATS).
- Knowledge and previous experience with employee intranet systems.
- Knowledge and experience with general Human Resources office procedures and best practices.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) language skills a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly listening, hearing, seeing, sitting, twisting, eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, handling and wrist motion lifting/carrying 10lbs or less.
- Occasionally standing, walking, reaching outward, reaching above shoulder, climbing, squat/kneeling, carrying, bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Will be required to sit for long periods of time and occasionally walk, climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces.
