POSITION SUMMARY:
Xanterra Travel Collection is looking for a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team!
As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support the Talent Team in achieving its staffing needs. This person will be process driven, have a strong attention to detail, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with the Talent Supervisor, Talent Specialist, location stakeholders, and candidates to ensure everyone is getting the information they need to successfully prepare to onboard new employees. You will work in a collaborative environment with other dedicated team members striving to help identify top tier talent and properly staff our locations to provide memorable experiences for our guests. This position will support two to three locations in our portolio.
This position starts in January and goes through April with a possible extension.
This position is currently 100% remote; however, it could be based out of the Xanterra Corporate office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. To be considered for a remote opportunity your primary residence must be located in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WY. If residing in the Denver Metro Area, there will be occasions when this position will be required to come into the office for meetings or events. The company reserves the right to change the position from remote to in office at any time.
COMPENSATION: The pay rate for this position is $18/hour. Pay rate based on the position located out of the Denver Headquarters.

Responsibilities
- Work with Talent Supervisor as needed to post requisitions to iCIMS, our Applicant Tracking System
- Manage various stages of the candidate lifecycle to include (for hourly positions):
o Perform visual pre-screen of all incoming applications
o Follow-up on incomplete applications
o Extend offers and execute follow-up
o Respond to candidate correspondence
o Coordinate the international candidate application process
o Perform reference checks for select roles
o Execute keep warm strategy for applicants
- Coordinate with locations on Transfer Approval Forms
- Work closely with Talent Supervisor, Talent Specialists, and location HR to ensure a great candidate experience
- Update Staffing Guide as needed
- Respond to candidate inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Previous experience working in a high-volume hiring and/or seasonal environment preferred
- Professional communication skills related to telephone etiquette and written correspondence
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the Talent and larger Human Resources team
- Knowledge or ability to learn Applicant Tracking System; prior experience with iCIMS specific products preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee information
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
