Role Description:
Talend Data Engineering Architect with strong Talend implementation experience as the lead Solution/Technical Architect and SME for customer data solution
Responsibilities
- Understand current state, future needs and develop solution after collaborating with technology and business stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions, recommend architectural model & design.
- Design end-to-end Batch processes after reverse engineering current Mainframe based Batch processes.
- Lead Talend ETL Development, maintain and support sustainable data movement, transformation for the Customer Master and related testing.
- Validate the alignment of solutions with Customer enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
Experience
- 12 years of relevant experience in ETL, Data Integration with 5 years in Talend
- Experienced Talend Architect and proficient in designing and developing mappings, transformations, sessions, and workflows, and deploying integration solutions.
- Experience designing Batch solution with Qlik Replicate
- Extensive experience in ETL methodology for performing Data Profiling, Data Migration, Extraction Transformation and Loading using Talend.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile Frameworks.
- Experience / Exposure in Mainframe & databases like DB2 Databricks is desirable
- Good communication and teamwork skills to interface with development team members, business analysts, and project management.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Talend certification is highly desired
