Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage benefits administration, ensuring smooth enrollment, changes, and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department, contributing to day-to-day operations and employee needs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (BA) from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two to three years of experience in payroll and benefits administration is essential.
- Additional Experience: Previous experience in human resources is preferred, but not required.
