Xavier Jesuit Academy (XJA) seeks a Director of Advancement to be part of a start-up team with responsibility for leading the fundraising for the school. This full time role provides a unique opportunity to be a part of a mission-focused organization positively impacting the lives of youth and their families.

Xavier Jesuit Academy is a newly established Catholic, Jesuit, urban primary school for boys in Cincinnati, OH growing each year to serve 3rd through 8th grade students from modest economic backgrounds. XJA’s mission is “Preparing young men to be leaders and ‘Men for Others’ through disciplined academic preparation for life, in the Catholic and Jesuit tradition, while enriching their families and communities.
