The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator who will play a critical role in scaling our operations, cultivating customer relationships, solving problems, and bringing XBoat’s cutting-edge technology to the rowing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement : Create and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering product demos, managing orders, facilitating onboarding, providing virtual and field support, and overseeing communication channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Business Operations : Develop and manage internal processes and systems to support scalable growth, including supply chain management, inventory control, order fulfillment, sales and support procedures, and coordination with suppliers and partners.
- Cross-Functional Problem-Solving : Collaborate with internal and external parties to address challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations in a fast moving startup environment.
