Job Description:

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads and coordinates technical projects within an organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• 7-10 years of program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to technical teams, fostering innovation and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana); prior experience with Oracle products and cloud services is a plus.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technical deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
