CREDENTIAL SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Credential Specialist to work our DHS Programs in Falls Church, VA. Candidates must have an active Top Secret level security clearance to be considered. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Credential Manager for all on-boarding of new employees and contract investigators
- Assist with reviewing and processing applicant forms while upholding compliance with client requirements
- Assist in maintaining all personnel files
- Work closely with team members, managers, and field to sustain good communication with personnel
- Coordinate with Credential Manager for all separating personnel
- Provide other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong sense of customer service, teamwork attitude, and impeccable work ethic, including a “can-do” attitude
- Deep sense of mission and commitment in support of national security
- Ability to be flexible with investigator communications
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, MS Word) and Adobe
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and with great attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field or experience
- Prior experience with administrative duties around federal background investigations
