Experience, Skills, Abilities:
- Direct sales or relevant experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and provide information on pricing and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and merchandising products.
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively.
- Demonstrate products to customers and upsell additional items when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
