Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Engage in direct sales activities including cold calling and prospecting to generate new leads.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, inside sales, or technical sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong skills in upselling, negotiating, and territory management.
- Ability to conduct cold calling effectively and engage potential clients.
