Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located in the Jackson Michigan area is looking for a Production Supervisor.
JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for discipline, safety, training, development, and general supervision of employees on specified shift.
- Directs resources as needed to fulfil production goals.
- Accountable for specified quantity, quality and cost of product within material specifications and labor standards
- Developing and supervising direct reports;
- Identifies developmental needs for each employee, trains, coaches and orients new and current employees (QS9000/ISO14001, safety, company policy, etc).
REQUIRED
- 6 years working in a plant manufacturing environment
- 2 years working as a Production Supervisor
- Solid, Lean/Continuous Improvement, 6 Sigma and QS9000 experience
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
