Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located in Morganton NC is looking for a Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire planning and implementation phase of projects and programs through to completion
- Continuous controlling and communication of project progress (deadlines, budget, quality, risks, changes)
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Initiating, developing, and tracking sustainable measures for the continuous improvement of project management, processes and project methodology
- Assuming responsibility for planning and coordinating and supporting the implementation of improvement measures
- Analysis, evaluation, and comparison of OPEX KPIs to derive improvement priorities
- Exchange with the GMS/OPEX team and other plants to further develop improvement measures
REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- 4 years Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of common project management methods (e.g. Prince2, Scrum, Microsoft Project, and KANBAN)
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
